Appointments and Consultations
Our staff is happy to assist you in any way possible and will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
Cosmetic Consultations
We look forward to visiting with you for your consultation. Dr. Petropoulos and her team will thoroughly evaluate your concerns and suggest the best options to reach your goals. Our consultation will also include a Computerized Visia Skin Analysis with Infra Red and UV Photography. Do expect to be here for about 1.5 hours. Together you will decide upon the best treatment to achieve your desired goals and plan for the future.
When scheduling a consultation, a $75 booking fee is required which will be applied towards your consultation or subsequent treatments. If unforeseen circumstances nesesitate the need to reschedule your appointment we would appreciate 48 hours notice in order to avoid a short notice cancellation fee of $75.
Our office will call you 2 days in advance of your visit as a reminder.
Medical Consultations
We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
Please bring your health insurance card with you. If you are responsible to pay a co-payment, we are required by your insurance company to collect this at the time of your appointment. If you do not have the co-payment with you, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
We accept checks and Master Card or Visa.
Just a reminder of our office scheduling policy: in honor of the people on our waiting list, please give us a 48 hour notice if you are unable to make your regular appointment so that another patient may enjoy your spot. A late cancellation fee of $50 will otherwise need to be charged. Thank you for respecting our patient community :-)
Since Dr. Petropoulos is a specialist, you may need a referral for the visit from your primary care physician. Please contact your primary care physician so that they can process this for you. It is your responsibility to obtain a referral. If there is no referral in the system on the date of your visit, you will be responsible for the fee.
